KUALA LUMPUR - A web user recently posted on his Facebook account threatening to blow up the official residence of prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the police were currently tracking down the culprit.
The owner of Facebook account "Aidil Radzi" said he would rock the capital city and the PM's residence with bomb blasts "this Saturday" because the prime minister had made life difficult for the people. Ali Tinju had on the following day (Feb 5) lodged a police report, urging the police to step in and investigate.
The Facebook account has since been deleted. My Sinchew
