SAPP MP - Heartless murderers should serve full term

TAWAU: Member of parliament Datuk Chua Soon Bui condemned the heartless and senseless murder of 16-year-old Norikoh Saliwah (left) and called for heavy punishment on the perpetrators.

“Such murderers should serve the maximum term, without parole based on the severity of crime committed and they should not be deported to their countries until they have served their full term, life or death penalty,” she said when debating on the International Transfer of Prisoners Bill 2012 tabled by the Home Ministry at the parliament yesterday.

While sympathizing with the family of Norikoh, she called for more efforts by the relevant authorities to check and arrest foreigners who acquired MyKad through dubious means in Sabah.

“Such hideous crimes should serve as a wake-up call for us Malaysian Sabahans that our state should act seriously on the illegal immigrants’ problem and foreigners with dubious MyKads,” she reminded.

“These people are capable of doing anything that we are unable to imagine,” she added.

Chua, who is also Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) vice president, urged the ministry to view every brutal murder case seriously.

Norikoh’s body was thrown by the roadside near Kampung Ranau on Sunday, about 2km from Kota Marudu town. Police have arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with the case.

  12. All the revenues from oil & gas, sucked dry by the Federal Gov't and so indirectly by UMNO/BN with little or nothing left for Sabah & Sarawak. Almost 1 miilion IC given to foreigners to vote UMNO in. Just compare: Scotland in Great Britain and Quebec in Canada had an open, honest & fair national referendum on cessation/separation. Any talk of independence and your ex Sabah CM Tun Faud Donald Stephens died in a crash. Sabah & Sarawak are a total tragedy, not even a proper trunk road! The natives lack electricity and drinking water while Criminals bought submarines and built twin towers costing multi-billions for kick-backs; all cronies live in palaces. Outrageous! BN's evil is earth-shaking. Finish them off in the coming election. !

  13. In Pakistan the Courts challenged the President, and 2 Prime Ministers one after another on corruption charges. Now in Egypt the Judiciary blocks President Morsi’s attempt to take advantage of the Constitution. In Malaysia? Dr MM has destroyed the independence of the judiciary, unleashed racism, apartheid, colossal mismanagement, nepotism, rampant corruption, aliens-turned-residents approaching 1 million (esp in Sabah) alien-voting & election rigging, plus all sort of crimes. He still thinks and talks like a national hero. In fact he is one the most despised and hated people in Asia. We’d love to see him brought to justice and punished. http://www.transparency.org/country#NZL I watch & speak from NZ - rated the World’s top for democracy & non-corruption.

  14. http://www.transparency.org/country#NZL I watch & speak under NZ’s credentials - rated No. 1 in the world for non-corruption. An example Sarawak's CM for 31 years, one of the richest and lowest criminals in the world! Rated at RM50billion = RM50,000 million. His son's divorce alone is costing the son RM400million. In Western countries you would have been in jail 29 years ago. When you have criminal minds running a state or country, do they ever spare a thought on how to progress & excel their state/country and bring success & wellbeing to the people? Every minute they: * Meddle in giant projects to pocket kickbacks & profits. *Control the media (newspapers/radio/tv) to hide their crime & deceive the public. *Sabotage Opposition with various lies & fabrications. * Use public resources, cheat, rig & gerrymander elections to stay in power. * Cling on for 30-40 years to & suck & siphon out everything dry towards national bankruptcy. We’ll get you! God will get you! Even a child can see through all these. I call the biggest Curse on you, your family and cronies. Alan Newman, New Zealand.
