IGP 'anjing BN' wants probe against tweeters who insulted him

Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Khalid Abu Bakar wants the force's cyber investigation unit (PCIRC) to act against individuals who insulted him on twitter.

The insulting messages by two individuals' outburst could be linked to recent police's action against the Penang Voluntary Unit (PPS) earlier on.

In one posting, a man tagged Khalid and called him "anjing BN" (BN dog), while another posted, "Thanks to ruthless (Khalid), Henrich Himmler of Malaysia."

He (Khalid) said the first individual he mentioned was being "insolent" against the IGP and subsequently requested action against the other Twitter user.
