Its illicit activity is believed to have been going on for over six months before the Special Task Force for Anti-Vice, Gaming and Gangsterism (STAGG) raided the restaurant at about 10pm on Friday.
Thirty guest relations officers (GROs) and three managers – all aged between 23 and 58 – were detained.
STAGG deputy commander Senior Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa said two of the managers were Indonesians while the third was a Chinese national.
The GROs were also foreigners – 29 of them from China and one from the Philippines, he added.
SAC Khairi said the outlet was situated about 150m from the main road of Jalan Sungai Buaya in Kampung Sungai Jarum.
“The restaurant has special rooms that allow customers to pick the foreign GROs for sexual services,” he said.
It is understood that customers paid between RM150 and RM180 for the services.

Daud Abu Bakar, 60, from Alor Gajah, Malacca, said he would feed Piuh two sardine curry puffs and Milo in the morning and raw egg and Milo in the afternoon.
Daud said he took Piuh in as a pet three years ago when its original owner wanted to release him into the jungle.
“His owner said Piuh became too old to pick coconuts. So my friend wanted to free him,” he added.
