KOTA KINABALU: Another amazing statement made by Sabah DAP Chairman, Jimmy Wong. Now Jimmy is putting himself above Pakatan Rakyat de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim such is the height of DAP's super arrogance.
Just early September this year Datuk Seri Anwar made a statement recognizing the status of SAPP and that SAPP need not join the PR coalition in order to work together.
In fact Jimmy Wong is kidding himself by making comparison on the relationship among political parties just like husband and wife is indeed a very childish analogy. He should understand the seriousness and the responsibility being political parties.

As a leader he should not make himself look foolish with that statement. It is beyond comprehension and unacceptable as though he treats politics as a game and to have fun with. He should seriously consider the rights of Sabahan that has been ignored for almost five decades.
Sabah was given a raw deal and now is the window of opportunity to redress the injustices and DAP must not be a Malayan spoiler to kill Sabah's future. It is a very vital and crucial decision that involves the future and the rights of Sabahans. The State sovereignty represents the dignity of its people.
The political history of Sabah should be as a guidance to direct our future direction; that SAPP will never budge just to please Jimmy Wong. The concession demanded by DAP is secondary but our primary concern is the concession demands of Sabahans. Jimmy Wong should accept the fact that our struggle is to regain the autonomy of Sabah. Sabahans are not a bunch of idiots; our struggle is for a moral cause.
I like to remind Jimmy on May 7, 2011 upon his insistence, SAPP has formed a negotiation team and I was appointed by the Supreme Council to head it. The objective is to negotiate in good faith to have an understanding with DAP. The negotiation was abruptly halted, when the stalwart Lim Kit Siang made ignorant and arrogant speech at a Harvest Festival organized by Sabah DAP. He bluntly made an ultimatum that SAPP must join Pakatan Rakyat. His arrogance was also well reflected by his unwarranted and oppressive remarks that he made publicly on the night was as an insult to Datuk Yong Teck Lee who was his guest.
Jimmy Wong should not put pressure on SAPP to be subservient to the DAP.
Just to put it rightly to Jimmy, SAPP is the one should be more sceptical and doubtful on the sincerity of DAP as proven by incidents in Batu Sapi by-election whereby DAP colluded with UMNO to attack SAPP and not to attack BN-UMNO, especially not to attack the Sabah Chief Minister.
Jimmy has to remember SAPP is a local party with multiracial concept will pursue its mission on whatever is available at our disposals to the promises as enshrined by the Malaysian Agreement 1963. As a reminder, let me quote the statement made by Tengku Abdul Rahman when Malaysian was formed. Quoted as "The granting of self – government too would enable Sabah to stand on its own feet as equal with Malaya, Sarawak and Singapore" and "The important aspects of Malaysian Ideal, as I see it, is that it will enable the Borneo territories to transform their present colonial status to 'self- government' for themselves and absolute independence in Malaysia simultaneously" and "The day of imperialism are gone and it is not the intention of Malaya to perpetuate or review them."
By regaining the promised Autonomy we will enable us to control our own economic resources, and to shape our political future. I urged Jimmy and others able to share this vision by discarding personal interests and committed to the larger interests and the destiny of our generations should be the ultimate goal.

Wong lupakali Pakatan Rakayat tidak diregister dan kawin tanpa surat kawin .... bila2 bulih cerai... buduh punya anjaing.
ReplyDeleteThe whole idea of PR in Sabah is an attempt to take over from west malaysia-based BN parties i.e UMNO to PKR. This is just like jumping out from the pan only to land on the fire. What ever their sweet promises, the Sabahan will still be dictated by policies from KL though PR is manned by Sabahan. What the Sabahan dream of is absolute autonomy manage by Sabah-based party. That should be clear.
ReplyDeleteperjuangan SAPP hingga kini blum lagi jelas.
ReplyDeletejika begini, bagaimana orang nak sokong SAPP.
ReplyDeleteautonomy is our rights, the 12 points must be protects.
ReplyDeletelebih baik SAPP berjuang bersendirian.
ReplyDeletefbd & david.....use your common sense at least will make you be seen your got the gray matters. If your are not sabahans well understood but if you are sabahans very unfortunate. All i can said cow heads.
ReplyDeleteSAPP masih rindui kekasih lama BN pasti tidak bulih buat pendiriannya.
ReplyDeleteMau hentam BN tapi mau juga matikan DAP.Kalo begini dipanggil menjaga orang Sabah lembu pon mati beh!
Mereka ingat bulih buat macam dulu sepak PBS tapi bercintai UMNO.Bukan ko tidak nampak Tokoh Berjaya dimainkan oleh mereka.Sikarang siapa pulak dipanjing?
ReplyDeletejadi, tiada PR+SAPP kah?
ReplyDeleteDon't keep praising yourself. You have no rights.
ReplyDeleteLet the people decide who should have the authority.
ReplyDeleteWait for the next lifelah SAPP
ReplyDeleteSAPP always find fault on BN. If we let them rule, that would be worse.
ReplyDeleteYTL, It's time to back off. You're too old for this.
ReplyDeleteDon't trust these guys in SAPP.They are just morons who kneel in front of YTL and follow every word he says. You think they have balls kah? They only know how to talk and cursed people who disagreed with them.Bad-mouthing people are their specialty.
ReplyDeleteI will never trust any party import from Malaya especially their PUPPETS from DAP.
ReplyDeleteThey are the TROJAN HORSE among the oppositions. Their intention here is just want to get project and continue to let their malaya leaders to cheat Sabah people money.
They do not have any pride and dignity.
Sabah people should kick all the party import from malaya back to semenanjung in this GE13.
Maruah rakyat Sabah? Napa tidak dipelihara dari dulu lagi?
ReplyDeleteI bet why so many damn issues are still so rampant.
ReplyDeleteWhat happen to SAPP+UBF? I thought both side already come with mutual understanding to work as a team to strike the best for the people?
Harap rakyat pandai menilai.
ReplyDeleteSAPP like lost direction. SAPP+DAP, SAPP+DPR, SAPP+UBF etc.. People has limited confidence about SAPP that has keep changing their direction and partnership. The best is, try your own luck by not join anybody. You have to prove yourself that you able to strike more for the people.
Banyak perlu diteruskan perjuangannya.
ReplyDeleteOnly those party import from malaya puppets from Sabah are not supporting SAPP because SAPP is fighting for Sabah autonomy and One country Two systems but not like party malaya PR is fighting for 2 party system whereby they want Sabah forever to be controlled by party malaya.
ReplyDeleteMost of the right minded Sabahans will support SAPP to topple BN in the coming GE13. I would not be surprised party malaya will LOST BIG TIME in the coming GE13 in Sabah.
Itu doktor palsu hiew king chiew dari biaDAP kata di kedai kopi foh sang sama kawan dia, jika umno kasih dia 1 juta, dia akan lompat masuk BN. Sendiri mau ingatlah
ReplyDeleteBetulkah parti SAPP??
ReplyDeleteDi mana maruah kamu?
ReplyDeleteI do hope SAPP is a symbol of " dignity " to us.
ReplyDeleteBukan.
ReplyDeleteSabah should protect his own dignity by vote wisely. Who is the right one, let the people decide.
ReplyDeleteDulu, SAPP diberi peluang tetapi gagal melaksanakan tugasnya. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteNot easy to regain trust. More effort needed. I do look forward SAPP with UBF. Hope such combinationcould resulting good and be able to work out more for the Sabahan.
ReplyDeletelepas tu barulah kutuk habis-habisan...
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me at this point of time only SAPP is voicing up for the people. Tell me is there any other political party we can trust? since some one of you are having doubt in SAPP. Do you mean you want to trust MUSA and UMNO?
ReplyDelete"By regaining the promised Autonomy we will enable us to control our own economic resources, and to shape our political future. I urged Jimmy and others able to share this vision by discarding personal interests and committed to the larger interests and the destiny of our generations should be the ultimate goal."
Insaflah.
