This is what Najib called 1Malaysia or 1Melayu
The following breakdown of a lopsided and racial discrimination of jobs that prefers your skin rather your intelligence or ability. That is why the Chinese call foul!

    Why in penang DAP government only 1% of the chinese get recruited to work for state government and 95%+ are malaya?

    It has proven party malaya UMNO or DAP are the same. Semua cakap tidak serupa bikin.

    Sabah people must reject all the party malaya in this coming GE13.

    There is nothing new about this. Bumiputra's are given more priorities in recruitment for the public sector.

    Those listed above are only the sum of Malay and Chinese workers. Maybe the Indians and Natives are even lesser.

    senarai ini memang tidak dinafikan. mungkin inilah yang ingin dipenuhi dalam Fasal 153 Perlembagaan Malaysia. tapi meragukan juga kerana walaupun dinyatakan hak keistimewaan orang Melayu dan penduduk asal Malaysia (secara kumpulannya merujuk kepada Bumiputra) tapi di Sabah masih dilihat ada unsur2 'bias'.

    It becomes a common customary and even BN or UMNO's right.
    Always and since after independence even after 54 years.Today even after 48 years we see many changes with same tactics include Sabah.
    Keep complaining and it is not going to change at all or even will become more as other minority races population become less.
    This is non-racial but a way to rule and manipulate,right?

    The largest ethnic group in Malaysia is a native of 67.4 percent, China 24.6 percent, India 7.3 percent and other 0.7 percent... I think you should also shocked with the racial ‘imbalance’ in this country..

    Kamu rasa2? kamu akan terkezut jika mengetahuinya. bukan sikit2, baaaaannnnyaaakkkk............ tapi yg diambil, siiiiikiiit saja. itu pun kalau kabel pemohon cukup besar utk tampung 132kV. Kalu kabel pun setakat wayar mesin pengering rambut, jgn haraplah....

    Mungkin kerana mereka tidak begitu berminat dalam jawatan awam menyebabkan keseimbangan tidak ada. Kebanyakkan kaum Cina lebih berminat dalam bidang perniagaan.

    Non malaya applications are for public sectors more than the Malay but they only pretending to ask the Non malaya @ Chinese or Indian to apply just to fill the quota but in fact, they already chosen a malay for the post.

    This has shown how discrimination of racist umno government.

    I would not be surprised those PTI (Bugis, Pilak, Java, Pakistan and Arab) with FREE MYKAD and categorised as MELAYU workers more than the Chinese in government office especially in Sabah.

    Betresiah, I would be surprised too if you are a Pilak with MYKAD. Kamu seorang pengkhianat dan pembelot kepada Sabah!

    By right if chinese made 25% of the jumlah penduduk, sepatutnya itulah ratio yg diberikan kepada kaum cina. Ini macam melayu pilak saja diberikan hak utk hidup. Umno jahanam
