Subject: location of super luxury S$7,114,000 condo for cows in Singapore - Location of super luxury S$7,114,000 condo for cows in Singapore - Living in super luxury with rakyat's $ - A "cow" is still a cow even if living in a condo!

What is MACC doing? Still grazing in the pasture?

If Rafidah Was AP Queen, Shahrizat Is Condo Queen

Going by the rate on how opposition PKR strategy director Rafizi Ramli exposing CowGate scandal, it’s hard to see how PM Najib can retain Shahrizat – Senator cum back-door Minister cum Minister of Women, Family and Community Development. If for some weird reasons Najib decided that Shahrizat is a winnable candidate and the opposition miraculously win the next general election, the opposition (would then be referred to as government) would have two lucky stars to thank – Rafizi and Shahrizat.

Of course, Najib would be shown the exit door by his own UMNO party with his tail between his legs for being so blind and ignorant about the impact of the scandal, something which is easily understandable and despised by the rural folks who voted blindly and loyally to Najib administration. Really, it’s not that difficult to understand the whole RM250 million fiasco and why the most illiterate rural folks would shake their heads in disbelieve about the cow business turns sour (or rather greedy).

With components such as overseas trips, plots of land purchases in Putrajaya, credit card bills amounting to RM 10,000 per month per Director paid by NFC, half a million ringgit Mercedes Benz CLS 350 CGI,naughty allegation of RM26,000 bra, at least three fine-dining restaurants (Meatworks, Senor Santos and Brawns Steakhouse), RM9.8 million condo at One Menerung, Bangsar, luxury condo at Orchard Scotts and now another two condos at Marina Bay Financial Center suites costing RM34.6 million, this is perhaps the easiest jigsaw puzzle for a small kid.

A project about cattle-rearing was mooted. A minister told the Cabinet (or rather the Agricultural Minister at the time) that her husband was capable of leading the project and it was awarded without proper tenders being called, never mind the hubby knows nuts about cow rearing simply because the minister was one of UMNO warlords in her capacity as the UMNO Wanita (women) Chief.

Fat salaries were drawn up to Shahrizat’s family members – Shahrizat’s husband Mohammad Salleh Ismail as NFCorp Chairman draws $100,000 salary monthly, 31-year-old son Izmir draws RM45,000 monthly as executive director, another son Wan Shahinur Izran aged 27 draws RM35,000 a month as CEO while 25 year-old daughter Wan Izzanah Fatimah draws RM35,000 as the other director – for a total princely sum of easy and nice RM215,000 monthly.

The mouth-watering RM250 million invited “super investment ideas” hence the purchases of luxury car and condos for personal consumptions using the money originally allocated for the cattle-rearing project. If there’re indeed more explosive revelations from Rafizi about the scandal, you can bet your money that it’s all about condos again. Heck, how Shahrizat wish the project is called National Condo Corporation and not National Feedlot Corporation, judging by her (family) talents in “property investment” (*grin*).

If her predecessor, Rafidah Aziz was known as AP Queen, there’s no doubt Shahrizat is now known asCondo Queen. Spin as she wish but the fact that the two Marina Bay suites bought at a cost of RM34.6 million which requires a monthly payment of RM173,000 for 25 years was sufficient to trigger corruption orcriminal breach of trust charges – if this happens elsewhere. But of course in Malaysia , it was considered abnormal and even insulting to invite the Minister to the Anti-Corruption Agency for curry puffs and teh-tarik session in disguise of investigation.

Ironically, the Condo Queen has the audacity to tell the whole world that she deserves it as any other UMNO leader in the BN government and would not hesitate to implicate others and drag them down with her.

The two condos, located on the 8th (costing S$7,114,000) and 11th floor (costing S$7,177,000) of posh Marina Bay Financial Center Tower 1, Central Boulevard, as per according to titles from the Singapore Land Authority, are registered under Shahrizat’s husband and son, Mohammad Salleh Ismail and 27-year-old Wan Shahinur Izran respectively. The total sum of about RM62 million for all the condos exposed so far easily dwarf former Selangor Chief Minister Khir Toyo’s RM24 million mansion scandal. Nevertheless, any condominium in Singapore with Marina Bay address is definitely luxury and posh.

The construction of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) development comprises two phases, with its first phase completed in 3Q 2010. MBFC is developed by a joint venture partnership of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited/Hutchison Whampoa, Hongkong Land and Keppel Land . The entire development will be completed in 2013. The first phase consists of the officeTowers 1 (33 storeys of which the controversial condos located) and 2 (50 storeys), Marina Bay Residences with 428 units and 93,800 square feet (8,710 m2) of the retail mall. The second phase comprises office Tower 3 (46 storeys), 82,200 square feet (7,640 m2) of the retail mall and Marina Bay Suites (which will be completed in 2013).

Interestingly, Shahrizat family-owned Brawn Steakhouse is located on ground floor of Marina Bay Link Mall so it must be part of the plan to own condos within the same area to facilitate family business management, not to mention the Singapore F1 Grand Prix at the Marina Bay street circuit was nearby. Even if this scandal is not the final nail in UMNO’s coffin, the upcoming controversial 1Care national healthcare enforcement may be the one, but that would be another story for another day. Let’s enjoy the magnificent view of Marina Bay Financial Centre suites, shall we?

  1. The NFC projects needs to be handover to a potential company to takeover after this. Preferably some company which could undo the mess from the previous management.

  2. The open tender for this NFC project should be conducted with transparency and fairness. Only the most capable company should be given the project. We cannot afford to repeat pass mistakes.

  3. DID SABAH SARAWAK MONEY FINANCED MULTI-MILLION COW VENTURES?
    EXPOSE OF OIL MONEY THEFT
Folks we would not be surprised if it was our stolen oil money that was used to finance the COWGATE ventures. May be set up more steak houses and hamburger bars etc..

It is now seen clearly that Sabah Sarawak oil has been financing the development of Malaya while impoverishing the 2 colonies. Some of the grandiose projects have been the Sabah Sarawak (Petronas) Twin Towers, Putra Jaya, the new Palace....

This issue was examined by an American Professor Dr. Fred Mehden of Rice University USA who prepared a paper on Petronas.
    http://www.rice.edu/energy/publications/…/NOC_Petronas_TronerVDM.pd..

In his paper he pointed out that:

“The company (Petronas) received its powers from the 1974 Petroleum Development Act. That piece of legislation granted Petronas ownership and exclusive rights and powers over Malaysia’s hydrocarbon resources.

Thus, Petronas, as the holding company, has never been privatized and has continued to state that it has no intention of being privatized. At the same time, the government acts as a shareholder and receives dividends”.

“The third significant area of expansion has been in Petronas financing of major government sponsored infrastructure projects in Malaysia outside its traditional core energy, interests.

The two most noteworthy mega-projects have been the building of the Twin Towers, the then highest building in the world, and the construction of the new national government administrative center Putrajaya. The Twin Towers was part of an overall effort to make use of the land previously part of the Selangor Turf Club in the middle of a fast growing section of Kuala Lumpur. It was to be financed by a joint venture between Petronas (with 51% equity) and Petronas Usaha Tegas and the Selangor Turf Club. While touted as a commercial venture which would replace its then headquarters building, the construction of the then tallest building in the world fit into the national leadership’s desire to provide a platform for illuminating the country’s position as a modern and successful society. The building was also presented as the centerpiece for developing downtown Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding park was extolled for its addition to the city’s quality of life…….

The second “mega project” was the building of a new Federal Government capital, Putrajaya, outside Kuala Lumpur. This new capital is intended to relocate Federal offices from other city centers, particularly those in Kuala Lumpur, to a new, more open and modern set of facilities.

Again, Petronas was the major equity holder, this time in partnership with Khazanah Nasional, the Federal government’s investment arm, and the National Heritage Fund.

Both of these projects brought a series of criticisms. It was claimed that there was government coercion of Petronas to provide the financing and that these “mega projects” were illustrations of Mahathir’s self-glorification.

  4. DID SABAH SARAWAK MONEY FINANCED MULTI-MILLION COW VENTURES?
    EXPOSE OF OIL MONEY THEFT

Why should a small country such as Malaysia construct a monolith like the Twin Towers? Others saw these efforts as outside the Petronas core interests and a drain on the company’s finances, particularly during the Asian economic crisis.

It was argued that money spent on the Twin Towers and Putrajaya could have been better used in expanding the firm’s core energy activities and particularly its overseas projects.

There is little question that Petronas has been a
“cash cow” for a variety of government projects.

However, two points also need to be made. Petronas management has not always “rolled over” to government requests as seen by the refusal to take fiscal responsibility for the ailing national airline MAS.

Secondly, not all of these projects appear to have been ultimately unprofitable to the company and are not examples of government confiscation of the firm’s funds without repayment. 30 At the same time, it is legitimate to ask if Petronas would have entered into these projects without its close association with the national government…”

The above shows how the UMNO Government has misspent valuable money which could be used for the development of Sabah and Sarawak and not treat them as colonial cash cows through Petronas control of their oil and gas.

So it is not wonder that cracks are appearing in the ugly facade of Malaysia which has been robbing the 2 colonies.

If we can see that Sabah and Sarawak have been re-colonized by Malaya then the question is not how to fix the bad things about Malaysia such as stopping the plunder and UMNO Malay supremacist racist system and so on.

The question and demand we need to make is the de-colonization of Sabah and Sarawak by Malaya

If the Malaysia Agreement is voided for the reasons of the unilateral UMNO sacking of Singapore and breahces of the agreement so much the better as there is nothing to hold us in Malaysia. We can just walk out as there is no agreement.

Since last year Sabahans have started a campaign to collect signatures for a UN Petition to review the 18/20 Points Agreements. Whether the objective of review is well placed their slogan is very clear in saying “Sabah Sarawak Keluar Malaysia”.
