SAPP Kadamaian celebrates 19th anniversary

KADAMAIAN - Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Kadamaian had on 19th January 2013 organized a convoy cum Youth talks on future of Sabah in conjunction with celebration and remembrance of SAPP 19th anniversary which is supposed to fall on 21st January of 2013.

According to CLC Chairperson Agnes Liewpin, the youth decided to organize this memorable day early on a Saturday which is inconvenient for the youths who are mostly committed with their own work on weekdays.

Led by SAPP Kadamaian Youth Chief, Dokuil Duraman, the convoy which was supposed to start in the morning and talks on future of Sabah had to be held in the late afternoon due to heavy rains in the morning.

The talk which started in the morning was presented by supreme councillor cum North Zone Youth Chief Steven Gaimin. A simple briefing on political awareness, rights and the role of youths for the coming election and machinery preparation was presented by Agnes.

The convoy began from residence of Hsu Han Chun when the weather turned better, left at about 12.30 pm, went round few kampungs at Kadamaian area which included Kg Malangkap, Taginambur, Narinang, Sogoh, Lingkubang, Kabayau and finally ended at Kampung Tambatuon, attended a women member's son wedding reception. While on the convoy, committee members Daniel Kassim, Deria Jupiter, Sepikit Lihuan and Sarapon Semolung delivered SAPP calendars to the kampung folks.
