Explosions heard in Felda Sahabat

LAHAD DATU - It was reported that a second wave of air attacks started at Felda Sahabat at 2:30 pm. The first explosions were heard at around 1:30 am which woke up surrounding villagers from their sleep early in the morning.

Shelling intensified with its frequency increasing with at least three consecutive explosions five to 20 minutes apart. It was 2:30 am before things the bombardment ceased.

Security forces believe the terrorists are still holed up in Kg Tanduo and its adjacent Tanjung Batu.
