Policeman in Lahad Datu intrusion found guilty

KOTA KINABALU -  Policeman Corporal Hassan Basari has been found guilty for withholding information about terrorists activities linked to the Lahad Datu intrusion.

Judge Ravinthran Paramaguru delivered his judgement at the High Court here today but has yet to sentence Hassan for the offence framed under Section 130M of the Penal Code read with the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012.

He is expected to deliver the sentence later this afternoon.

    The UMNO Gov't was responsible for not maintaining an alert border watch.

    For over 40 years they kept their eyes shut as they allowed in the human wave invasion of "illegals".. for their own sinister and cynical population engineering and vote rigging..both to create a Malay majority and keep UMNO in power.

    The buck stops at UMNO's doorsteps.
