Those who are appealing for 1Malaysia People's Aid (BR1M) have until May 31 to do so, said the Finance Ministry.
In a statement on Wednesday, the ministry also reminded applicants who have registered companies under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) to submit supporting documents in their appeals.
"The ministry had previously agreed to approve the first payment of 2017 BR1M to applicants who have registered companies but did not provide the supporting documents including salary statement and bank account statement (company or individual).
"However, the applicants still need to submit these documents related to the Inland Revenue Board during the appeal period before the next payment is made.
"So far, the ministry found the number of those who have provided supporting documents is still very low," the statement said.
To date, the ministry has received over 200,000 appeal applications.
