Five officials quit PAN, citing lost of confidence in Henrynus Amin

KOTA KINABALU - Five officials of Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri have decided to ditch the party.
They are Deputy President II Willybroad Missi, Information Chief Dusup Gani and three of its Supreme Council members, namely Joanas Edler Bibi Kukbung, Eustachius John Jimuli and Donysius Gundidi Asoi.

They said they have lost confidence in President Datuk Henrynus Amin.

"It seems the party's leader is not fighting for Sabahans' rights but his fight is all based on personal agenda.

"Apart from that, only three people have been running the party who are the President himself, Secretary-General along with the Treasurer who have been carrying out meetings for only at least once every three months," he said, adding those like the Deputy President are not invited.

He claimed that the party, formerly known as Parti Kerjasama Rakyat Sabah, was forced to accept the leadership of Henrynus without any discussions or consent from the committee members or Supreme Council members.

"It was like we were forced to accept the decision as final," he said.

Willy said he and the other four members have not thought of joining any party at the moment. - Jeremy S Zabala
