Why Harris is doing this?

SIPITANG: The war of mouth is heating up between the two former Chief Ministers Tan Sri Harris Salleh and Datuk Yong Teck Lee. For how long more God knows, according the Deputy President of SAPP Tuan Haji Amdee Sidik perhaps time will tell as of now let people to make their own judgment.

Haji Amdee said, in as far as SAPP leaders are concerned from time and time again have urged this matter to be debated at the Dewan and have a white paper be made out to see who were the culprits.

Haji Amdee is more concerned about the motive coincides with the timing; why this war of mouth is happening now very near to the General Election?

He said, “ If one noticed Harris Salleh though retired after his party-BERJAYA disastrous in 1985 but still crawling every general election, I’m pretty sure he is still doing what he was keen in doing”

On the issue of Amanah Rakyat Sabah, he said, “The management of the ARS had been very poorly organised if not abused”

He said he was quite certain even the account were not properly in place to this very day.  He (Amde) was one of the senior managers in Yayasan Sabah, but like any other government agencies in those days if you’re not at the wave length with the group namely rubbing shoulders  (bodek) you’re not included in the team thus no way of knowing what they were doing. Even Yayasan Sabah was not in the hands of Sabahans not until the PBS government”

“As for other two issues highlighted by SAPP President with regard to the sale of Begaya land and Tanjung Aru land, I myself shocked to have seen at the speed of that document were made and signed, to be precise, couple of days before the term of earlier Chief Minister expired under the rotation but many people are misled into thinking that it was Yong Teck Lee who’s at fault because it was only during his tenure that the smell came out.
