KOTA KINABALU - Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) said Barisan Nasional (BN) Government is working hard to destroy evidences of those involved in the issuance of identity cards to foreigners called Project IC before finally set up the overdue Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants (PTI) in Sabah.
SAPP Deputy President Datuk Eric Majimbun said the ruse was evident because Federal BN Government had approved the setting up of the RCI for almost six months ago and nothing is seen.
The Member of Parliament for Sepanggar said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was the chairman of cabinet committee on PTI especially for Sabah when he was the Deputy Prime Minister few years ago.
Eric said Najib certainly has got full reports on PTI and project IC and knew the issues from A to Z, but, his slow response to the setting up of RCI raised many questions.
According to Eric, six months had passed by but there was still no appointment of panels and Term Of References.
“The only reason of the delay is the government wants to cover up those involved who are alledgedly UMNO leaders by destroying evidences first before the panel is formed.
“RCI should have been formed to start investigation before the coming 13th general election and those unqualified to be citizen and were given Mycards and register as voters in electoral roll also should be verify and clean.
“We want a clean electroral roll free from 'dubious citizens'..only genuine Malaysians should decide the future of our nation. Outsiders have no business in our election process,” he said.
Eric also said that there is a need of international observers to investigate the wrong doing of the UMNO-led BN Government.

ReplyDeletepandai-pandai bawa pati jadi warga negara kasi IC. Sama taraf dgn. bumiputera yg lain di Sabah. Apalah.... diurang pati ni sanang sanang dapat lesen niaga... jeles memang jeleslah, apa ndak.. janji ditepati pati dapat hak warganegara malaysia lagi tu. boleh undi BN bila-bila dlm PRU. kita urang Sabah yg tulin dipaksa gigit jari pati berIC ini ramai di tamu-tamu jual ikan dan lain-lain barangan dgn. menggunakan pilak bukan RM. (ikan satu kilo sapuloh pilak kunu) saya bilang tidak mau sbb saya tiada duit pilak, saya tunjuk duit RM10, dia bilang itulah, saya bilang ini duit sepuluh Ringgit bah...!!! bukan pilak............??, ndak lama lagi kita akan berurusan dgn duit pilak selepas UMNO/BN menang di PRU13 nanti.....

All you Sabah lawyers & politicians why waste time asking for an RCI which would be a waste of time anyway?
You should be challenging the unconstitutional nature of the votes cast by the "temporary voters".
What UMNO is doing - giving Mykads to the illegals is in itself illegal and not authorised by the "Constitution".
Only citizens can vote.
Illegals do not qualify as citizens for obvious reasons despite UMNO's high handed unconstitutional actions.
So instead of wasting time demanding an UMNO appointed RCI demand a consitutional inquiry on what UMNO is doing.

ReplyDeletePilihan ada ditangan anda. Semua yang berlaku adalah atas apa yang berlaku dalam politik Sabah 40 tahun lalu. Ini lah kesannya bila pemimpin lalu tidak membuat perancangan dengan betul.

Delete1. The RCI is to find out wether the allegations of a probable conspiracy is genuine or not.
Delete2. Then those who are responsible can be identified, tried and charge according to the Law.
3. Then it will be up to the present goverment to rectify the wrongs and loopholes in the system which should include to identify those who are already holding dubious malaysian IC's, cancel and delete from records so that they can be sent back to their home country or to HELL for what i care....
Only true citizens should be allowed to vote and not foreigners.

ReplyDeletesemua cakap si Najib PM dan sewaktu dengan nya berkenaan dengan RCI adalah bohong saja,mana mungkin UMNO buat RCI sebab yang akan di tangkap adalah Pemimpin mereka terutama sekali yang duduk di KL.malu lah kalau mahkamah arah kan pemimpin UMNO di tangkap,kalau mahu RCI menjadi kenyataan undi lah PR pada PRU 13.....yahoo kita kasi sesak itu penjara sungai buluh dan kepayan...baru dia orang tahu .."ini kali lah kalau bukan kita siapa lagi"
