Police reports lodged over UPSR leaks in Tamil, Maths papers

Reports have been lodged over purported leaks in the Tamil and Maths papers for the UPSR examinations, days after the authorities confirmed that the Science and English tests papers have been compromised.

Some 500,000 students sat for the national primary six examinations. The English and Science examinations will now be held again with fresh test papers on September 30.

Kuala Lumpur city police chief Datuk Tajuddin Tajuddin Md Isa said Examinations Syndicate officers lodged the reports about the leak of the UPSR Tamil and Mathematics papers.

“Yes, we received the report and will be investigating it,” said Tajuddin.

He said the reports will be investigated by the same team which is investigating the leak of Science and English papers.

Police have arrested 14 people in connection with the leaked Science and English test papers.
