Make Tanjung Aru Your Valentine - TAG2

KOTA KINABALU - In conjunction of the Valentine Day, we would like to invite the public, groups and organization to come and support the awareness effort to save Tanjung Aru beach from the destruction pending the new development plan by the state government via Tanjung Aru Eco Development Sdn Bhd.

Tanjung Aru Action Group 2 (TAG2) will be at Tanjung Aru first beach 14 February 2015 (Saturday) on 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm and setting up table to sell flower and there will be some performance by various group such Chinese Art, Ukulele and others to perform in the spirits of supporting this cause.

Other than that, volunteers of TAG2 also will be walking along from the 1st Beach to 3rd Beach to sell flowers to beach goers in hope to create romantic moment for couples other than the beautiful sunset view they come to see.

TAG 2.0 comprises of Himpunan Hijau, Land Empowerment Animals People (LEAP), PACOS Trust, Pusat Belia Youth-PREP Alamesra (YPC), Sabah Environmental Protection Association (SEPA), Sabah Women’s Action-Resources Group (SAWO), Save Open Spaces Kota Kinabalu (SOS KK) and WWF-Malaysia.
