“Indeed, Bersih has managed to rally ordinary people to a reformist movement without involving political parties. The millions of people who stayed at home and not joined the July 9 Stadium Merdeka rally support the Besih cause morally and in other ways.
“The panicky handling of, the Bersih protest march revealed that BN leaders are no longer confident of the peoples' support," he said in a statement here Monday.
He said the denial of a permit for a stadium protest after the Prime Minister, himself, had promised that Bersih should move their street march to a stadium makes one wonder if the Prime Minister is in chang of his government or not.
“How can the police and Home Minister reject all applications of Bersih on the sole ground that Bersih is not a registered society?
“If Bersih were illegal, then the authorities ahould not have promised a stadium protests in Shah ALAM or other stadium outside Kuala Lumpur,
“And the king has even granted an audience to the Bersih ledership. All these confusion point to a panicky government,” he said.

ReplyDeletesepatutnya Najib benarkan saja perhimpunan Bersih diadakan di stadium. tidaklah pihak polis ni bersusah payah menyembur gas pemedih mata atau sebagainya kepada penyokong Bersih.

ReplyDeleteblack, can you show us the evidence? photo or video or voice recording. i bet you don't have any. isn't it? conspiracy theory is simple, who can guarantee that those people who accuse the BERSIH of BRIBING is not being used by the coward umno? can you be the one to guarantee it? umno got plenty of money. opposition are incomparable with the umno in term of money. there many incident involving umno people giving bribe during GE and by-election. announce a 'mee segera' is common to them. so black, what say you?
