Peeping Tom charged for filming three men, five women taking shower

IPOH - A peeping tom claimed trial to eight charges of filming three men and five women in the nude as they showered in the bathroom of his homestay at Jalan Pekeliling Tasek, Canning Garden here.

The case against homestay operator Lim Lai Heng (pic), accused of peeping at guests in the shower through a closed-circuit television camera.

Lim, 42, allegedly committed the offence between 2.30pm and 11.30pm on July 27.

He is claiming trial to all eight charges brought against him under Section 509 of the Penal Code.

If convicted, he can be jailed a maximum five years or fined or both.

The case has been fixed for mention on Dec 10.
