'White Paper on crash never presented' claim

KOTA KINABALU - Former Berjaya era State Finance Minister Datuk Hj Mohd Noor Mansoor said he is still curious over what actually happened to his former colleagues who died in the air crash on June 6, 1976, describing them as leaders with strong characters.

"I was taken aback when I heard the news as I was just released from house arrest under the Internal Security Act at the time.

"I remember the Federal Government had promised to present a White Paper on the crash in Parliament. But they never did," he said, when paying his respects at the site with his SAPP colleagues, Thursday.

He claimed there is a huge question mark as to what led to the crash.

Mohd Noor, now an adviser to the Sabah Progressive Party, claimed at the time very few people brought up the "right questions" over the crash.

"There is a huge question mark and it is known that the leaders were in Labuan to discuss the petroleum agreement. We did not know what were the negotiated terms or maybe why the negotiations did not work out," he said.

'The double-six tragedy which killed the then Chief Minister Tun Fuad Stephens continued to remain a mystery for more than three decades.

The oft-cited possible reason was said to be overloading and the plane losing its Centre of Gravity since most of the fuel had been used up by the'time it neared the Tanjung Aru airport runway.

SAPP President Datuk Yong Teck Lee it was only recently that the crash had taken a new angle as new information on the tragedy surfaced.

Yong said the Australian side's refusal to release the air crash report on grounds of ties between Malaysia end Australia raised concern and only fuelled the conspiracy theories making the rounds.

"I will not speculate nor will I say anything on anyone's behalf," he said.

But he said commemoration of the crash must be upheld, adding that the case until today roused much concerns and interest.

He said there is an increasing interest on the double-six tragedy including from non-political groups, adding that some have also designed a T-shirt to commemorate it.

"This is their own initiative. However, the designer is low-profile," he said.

  1. NO MYSTERY! CM STEPHENS RESISTED MALAYAN TAKE OVER OF SABAH OIL.

The plane crashed on 6 June 1976 (666) and 8 days later Harris Salleh was coerced into signing away Sabah oil. It was reported he was pale and shaking when he signed the death warrant to allow Malaya to illegally seize Sabah oil.

“Illegal” because it was in breach of the 20 Points Agreement being conditions for Malaysia Formation and the fact that the Malaysia Agreement was invalidated when Sabah and Sarawak became independent before Malaysia was declared.

Further, the MA63 even if effective was repudiated by Malaya by its total failure to comply with the terms and the Points Agreements.

Tengku Razaleigh said Harris Salleh hurriedly pulled him out of the plane before take off on some excuse. That means the others were left to their horrible fact.

So what conclusions can you draw?

Oil was the main price for forming Malaysia plus 2 giant free real estates- Sabah and Sarawak. This was Malaya's hidden colonization agenda which rode on the back of the British agenda.

This is seen in the UMNO's brazen demand to control Brunei oil which led to aborting of Malaysia negotiations with Brunei. They did not even extend the Sultan the same ranking as Malayan sultans or agree to let him become King one day. It was a double insult.

The Brunei sultan smartly withdraw from being sucked into Malaya's ponzi scheme. The other factor was that 99% of Brunei people opposed Malaysia so strongly that they took up arms to resist the incorporation of Brunei into Malaysia on Dec 8 1962.

Unfortunately SS leaders did not stand up firmly enough to defend their countries. They failed to insist on our rights when Malaya began to abuse the agreements for formation of Malaysia and by 1965 Tunku was calling Sabah and Sarawak the 12th and 13th states of Malaya.

When the Brunei negotiations flopped, UMNO kept quiet about our oil and sucked SS leaders into accepting Malaysia first. But it was a short honeymoon because the first SS chief ministers did not dance to the Malayan tunes which they also pilfered from the Indonesians. (Ask any Indonesians)
Sarawak oil was kidnapped via a "constitutional coup" engineered by Najib's infamous father Razak to oust CM Ningkan who once yelled at them "do not treat us like colonies" or something similar. Ningkan was against Kuala Lumpur dictating to his government.

They wanted Sarawak oil and Ningkan told them in no uncertain terms to take a jump.

So they conspired with 2 biggest traitors of Sarawak Rahman Yakub and his nephew now uncrowned Rajah of Sarawak to make a deal. They steal Sarawak oil and the 2 traitors steal the people's land and timber.
Sabah Sarawak have supported the development of Malaya since 1963 to the tune of countless billions from theft of oil other resources and taxes (real figures are a state secret- but we know Mahathir has stolen $44 billion from us plus the published fake figure).

Over 50 years we financed Malayan development to the extent of becoming the poorest vassal states of Malaya.

    MALAYSIA A FREE ASSOCIATION

Lastly, Singapore left Malaysia because of UMNO failure to honour equal partnership.

Since Sabah and Sarawak are no longer equal partners why can't they leave too?

After all Najib and other UMNO new colonialists always claim that SS people had freely chosen by a referendum to form Malaysia and endorsed by the general elections 13 times. We all know the elections were fraudulent and have no credibility although PKR has cooled down on this idea and suggests working with the fraudsters.

But let's say we accept their mythical referendum as truth, it follows we are also free to leave Malaysia.

Free to form Malaysia, free to go. This is what Lord Landsdowne who was one of the British officials presiding over formation preparations said- it was a free association.

Alternatively, Sabah and Sarawak as equal partners can jointly sack Malaya from Malaysia.

That leaves us free to change the detested name if we all wish to the “North Borneo Federation”. We are physically not part of Malaya anyway!

IT TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY!
