Investigate fake Sabah ICs as well, not just Native Certs

KOTA KINABALU - “While the MACC and police investigations on fake and dubious Native Certificates are welcomed and long overdue, they should focus on and investigate fake ICs and MyKads issued not in accordance with the law which is more treasonous and threaten the sovereignty and security of Malaysia to its core” asked Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan, STAR Sabah Chief why there are no investigations despite numerous reports on the fake ICs and MyKads issued not in accordance with the law and the enrolment of illegal voters in the electoral rolls.

The federal government, Home Ministry, police and MACC owe not just Sabahans but all Malaysians why they have taken no action to investigate the various police reports lodged after the release of the RCI Report on Illegal Immigrants in Sabah last December.   The police reports included from component BN parties.

The RCI Report specifically found that there were ICs and MyKads issued not in accordance with the law and that ineligible foreigners were unlawfully entered into the electoral rolls.

These heinous acts are treason of the highest order and in many countries the perpetuators, collaborators and culprits would have been shot or hanged, some even without trial. 

In Malaysia, these culprits walk free with many holding high positions with honorific titles and continue to hold on to power with the votes of these imported illegal “Malaysians”.   Even collaborators in the civil service get promotions and honorific titles.

Even the term “traitors” seem too shallow and mild to describe these culprits who have sold out their country and their souls for political power and to retain the position to rape and pillage the country.

In the meantime, ordinary Malaysians have to bear the brunt of these illegal citizens and voters who keep appearing in daily life with fake Sabah ICs and fake Sabahans appearing in Malaya, some caught committing crimes.

In Sabah, even ESSCOM has acknowledged that some are enemies within and involved in cross-border kidnappings and other crimes.   It is only a matter of time before fake Sabah ICs and fake Sabahans appear on a wider scale to haunt other Malaysians in Malaya.

“When will the federal government and the police authorities start their investigations and resolve the problem?” queried Dr. Jeffrey.

The continued silence and non-action of the federal government and the police authorities in failing to carry out investigations only serve to confirm the involvement of the people in power in these fake and dubious ICs and MyKads and illegal voters.   They even earn Sabah the dubious distinction of being Umno/BN’s “fixed deposit”.
