Dr Hilmi: 'Pass-out game' can cause brain death
The Deputy Health Minister advised students against playing the game as it could be fatal.
"Never, never press the chest, even if the friend wants to have fun. When the chest is pressed, a person is unable to breathe as oxygen is cut off.
"In five minutes, when oxygen is cut off from the brain, the brain can die. Do not ever do that," he told reporters after opening an event here on Saturday.
The video shows two boys pressing their friend's chest for about five seconds until the friend suddenly became unconscious.
The two boys panic for a while, but resume laughing when their friend recovers. - Bernama
