First, let me tell you why I joined politics. When I look around and see a lot of poverty in Sabah, I just want to do something about it. I need not say more about the level of poverty in Sabah.
The World Bank (WB) in Washington has confirmed that Sabah is not only the poorest state in Malaysia but it’s likely to stay that way for a considerable length of time given current efforts in poverty eradication.
