Kota Kinabalu, Dec 20, 2010: A sudden heavy downpour of rain in the city of Kota Kinabalu left many areas flooded. The following pictures are taken in Lido during the short but heavy downpour during the afternoon. So what is the BN government going to do to solve this perennial problem?
