Diesel Shortage: What happen to our oil?

Since a few days ago, everybody with a diesel-powered vehicle are queuing for fuel day and night; worse, you are only allowed MYR50 max of diesel…! What happened and where is all our oil…?

COMMENT by Vidal Yudin Weil: Had Sabah’s oil and gas not swindled away by Malaya, today, its people would not have to endure the agony of having to line up for hours, or move from one gas station to another, for diesel.

It is a shameful fact that 95 per cent of our Oil and Gas was illegally taken away from us.

Why do we say it was illegally taken away…?

Because the agreement surrendering our petroleum rights which was signed by Harris Salleh and witnessed by Joseph Pairin Kitingan in 1976 after Fuad Stephens and his entire entourage were killed in a not-so-mysterious-anymore-air-crash, was never debated and approved by the Sabah State Legislative Assembly before its execution.

Harris was appointed Chief Minister after the death of Stephens to helm the Berjaya Administration which was elected earlier on by the people of Sabah in 1976.

Legally and politically speaking, Harris was continuing the mandate of the people to Stephens – not his (Harris)

For example, when President Joseph Ejercito Estrada of The Philippines was arrested and imprisoned for corruption, Vice-President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo took over as President; but she was President continuing the mandate of the people to Estrada – not hers.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States of America was assassinated, Vice-President Lyndon Baines Johnson took over as President; but the latter was President serving the mandate of the people for Kennedy – not his (Johnson).

And the list goes on.

Not only did Harris lack a mandate from the people of Sabah, he also did not have the consent of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly to surrender the State right and wealth of petroleum.

In other words, Harris did not have the authority backed by an electorate to enter into any agreement to give away something that does not belong to him alone.

Therefore, the petroleum agreement between Sabah and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) is illegal and void ab initio, meaning to say, the same is void from the very beginning.

Apart from the petroleum agreement, there are many other things in Malaysia that is illegal and absolutely void; but we will dwell on it some other day.

Under the yet-to-be-qualified-to-be-registered Pakatan Rakyat, Anwar Ibrahim proposed in his manifesto to take away only 80 per cent (of our oil resources) from Sabah and Sarawak.

Think, people of Sabah…!  Why must we accept 5 per cent or 20 per cent when 100 per cent is actually ours in the first place…?

Like institutionalized inbreeding for the past fifty years since 1963, the people of Sabah are no longer able to think out of the boxes.  Our government-indoctrinated education is worthless and has made us more dumb than we originally were…!

We can no longer see things logically, rationally, and critically.

On 5th May 2013, the local parties of SAPP and STAR Sabah only managed less than 7 per cent of the total ballots cast; more than 93 per cent voted for Malaya-based parties.

93 per cent preferred to be given back 5 per cent or 20 per cent of our own wealth; now are you able to imagine now how daft, we the people of Sabah are…?

The imbecilic people of Sabah are paying MYR1.90 per litre for gasoline RON95; do you know how much are the citizens of Venezuela paying for their petrol…?  MYR0.06 per litre…!

Venezuela is the fourth largest oil exporter in the world; while Sabah has the second largest oil reserve in the world now…!

Since a few days ago, everybody with a diesel-powered vehicle are queuing for fuel day and night; worse, you are only allowed MYR50 max of diesel…!

What happened and where is all our oil…?

Petronas sells all our high grade oil and buy back low grades for local consumption.

If they use up all the money from the sales elsewhere, no supplier in their right mind will deliver stocks, right…?

When this government blames the shortage on smuggling, are they not telling the people of Sabah that ESSCOMM, Maritime, Navy, Marine Police, Customs, etc are actually not doing their jobs or on the take…?

Worse, there are actually plenty of brainless Sabahans who believe and parrot all these bullshit…!

In politics as they say, there are only 2 rules:

1)    The people of Sabah are always right;

2)    If they are wrong, refer to rule No. 1.

From the just-concluded General Elections of 2013, the 93 per cent of people who voted for the Malaysa-based parties because their brains are non-functionable, rightly deserve every inconvenience and torture this government will throw at them.

The people of Sabah are damn morons alright…!

It is not your mistake

But if you die stupid

It is definitely your mistake”

  1. CORRECTION SABAH LEADERS ARE MORONS & IDIOTS- THEY BETRAYED THE PEOPLE!

Vidal your point is taken but some corrections.

    1. We are only getting 5% royalty not 5% of the oil produced which would amount to more than royalty!

PKR promised to increase to 20% "royalty" not 20% of the overall production. So we are still losing.

    2. PKR no different from UMNO but actually wants to "integrate more closely" (election Manifesto) Sabah Sarawak with Malaya.

PKR is more dangerous because people are misled into thinking they are the "opposition". But unfortunately, they are the most visible opposition which the people can support to get rid of UMNO. BUT what comes after?

    3. Local parties were too disunited as usual and lost the plot when their main objective was the same - to regain Sabah Sovereignty. So wait another 5 years and another 5 if you continue to malfunction and not unite.

That is why we should deserve to be called "morons" and "idiots".

    MAY BE"BRAINLESS"???

    4. Elections were rigged. But some of our "leaders" are becoming dumber than dumber as puppets of Kuala Lumpur and continue to mislead and betraying the people while
Malaya steals our wealth. Can't they think about how if we were independent we would be a million times better off than even Malaya financially and develop Sabah instead of Malaya?

    6. PDA void for reason that Malaysia Agreement (MA63) was void ab initio and in any case Malaya acted to repudiate the MA63 but breaking all the terms and conditions for Malaysia formation.

Sabah and Sarawak were colonies when the MA63 was signed and they were INDEPENDENT BEFORE MALAYSIA WAS DECLARED.

THAT MEANS THEY ARE IN THEORY BOTH STILL INDEPENDENT!

Malaysia exist for the simple reason that when the concept died with S'pore leaving in 1965, Malaya prevented Sabah Sarawak from leaving and installed their puppets who eventually signed away our oil rights!

Malaysia exists because Malaya UMNO occupies Sabah and Sarawak.

That is why Sept 16 is being called OCCUPATION DAY!
