No arrangement discussed to form alliance with STAR

Kota Kinabalu:  SAPP has not formally allied with STAR like what PKR DAP and PAS is in PR as no agreement and no negotiation has ever taken place with STAR yet.

As reported the last two days saying that I led the arrangement and negotiation on behalf of SAPP with the STAR wasn’t true. I’ve not even been personally interviewed on this matter.

What Sabah STAR Chapter Chairman’s Datuk Dr Jeffery had announced was that he is seeing the possibility of forming an alliance with the idea to consolidating power to topple BN.

SAPP is a friend to all opposition parties with its objective to bury BN and UMNO in particular at the same time without compromising the party objectives and principle of the non-racial politics. If any party though claimed to struggle for Sabah yet assists to prolong BN in power, they can then discount our support.

Leaders of SAPP are credible enough to stand on our own. We shall field candidates in constituencies where we have prepared, for example, where we have candidates and organised offices in Sabah.

SAPP is the only opposition political party in the state that is prepared serious enough, look at our infrastructure, we don’t only have offices but we owned the buildings of our offices meaning, we don’t rent premises by night.

I must make this very clear that they are some opposition leaders still prone to talk to confuse people out there with jealousy in mind by saying the SAPP will go back to BN.

I can bluntly say, we shall not agree with what UMNO politicians have done to this state that is neglecting Sabah for self-interest and self-glory, that is my promise.
