KOTA KINABALU - Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) for Kota Kinabalu Youth Zone will be organizing an event "KK Zone 1000 Youth Gathering" at Kian Kok Middle School Hall on the 6th May 2012 starting from 1.30pm.
"The message of the said event is in recognition to mark the strong solidarity among its youth members and creating the awareness and development the rise of youths in today politics" said organizing chairman, John Stephen.
The event also in preparation the youth machineries for the coming 13th General Election which will be hold very soon. The slogan during the 2 hours event will be "Bah, Tunggu Apa Lagi" with a theme "SAPP KK Youth Assembly".
Other youth members from all over Sabah will be expected to attend as observers with its Youth Chief, Edward Dagul will deliver his speech together with its Vice Youth Chief, Jamain Sarudin. The party President, Datuk Seri Panglima Yong Teck Lee will be addressing its closing speech.
Among those attended will be the Deputy President, Datuk Eric Majimbun, Datuk Liew Teck Chan and Tuan Haji Amde Hj Sidik with all the party Supreme Councilors, Exco Wanita, Exco Pemuda and the newly set up wing Mudanita.
In desperate times like this for SAPP,desperate measures have to be made to galvanise support that seems to be waning for the party.This is a party of yesteryear and doesn't seem to be relevant any longer for the people to choose therefore they have to make-do with whatever they have before they lose everything.My deepest condolence.

“AUTONOMY” is just a euphemism for "re-colonization".
If we chose autonomy we chose to remain a colony of Malaya and forever be subject to be second lass citizens and be plundered at will by the Malayans!
Sabah has the natural and human resources to stand on its own.
For almost 49 years now we have been just a colony like Sarawak being pillaged to finance the development of Malaya and enrich the UMNO ruling elites and local Sabah and Sarawak puppet rulers.
They call this "independence in Malaysia" but it is new colonialism under whatever guise it comes in. We only got replacement colonial masters with brown skins!
The problem with this is we are CONFUSED into believing that we got "independence" but the plunder and FOREIGN domination continued in the form of Malayan colonization!
Sabahans - Wake up to your destiny and reclaim your right to real independence!
Malaya needs Sabah Sarawak (for our resources) more than we need them! Our reward for this independence is to be the POOREST parts of neo-colonial Malaysia.
