Kota Kinabalu, Selasa, 11 Ogos 2020 ----  Surat yang viral bertarikh 29 Julai 2020 yang ditandatangani oleh Ketua Menteri Sabah kepada TYT telah menimbulkan kerisauan bahawa Ketua Menteri telah melakukan kesalahan terbesar. Surat itu pertama kali muncul dalam tweet seorang Timbalan Ketua Menteri.

Register before Sunday to vote from June

The electoral roll for the first quarter of this year would close on March 31, says the EC.

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysians who register before this Sunday will have the opportunity to vote if the 13th general election is held in June or after.

Election Commission (EC) chairman Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said the electoral roll for the first quarter of this year would close on March 31 and the 1/2012 quarter supplementary electoral roll is expected to be gazetted in May.

Early Elections?

The prime minister has hinted that the 13th general election is around the corner during a closed-door meeting with BN leaders.

KOTA KINABALU: Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak has indicated that this would be his “last visit” to Sabah and that snap elections could be held anytime between “now and early next year”.

Najib had apparently made this disclosure during a closed-door meeting with Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders here yesterday.

General election tops agenda of BN meeting

The Barisan Nasional is set to conduct an election dry run soon to gear up for the coming parliamentary polls.


KUALA LUMPUR: Preparations for the 13th general election will be the top agenda of the Barisan Nasional (BN) supreme council meeting this Friday, as the coalition is set to conduct an election dry run soon, said BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
