24 million ring making a Malaysia tour?

Customs confirms RM24mil ring exists

The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has confirmed the existence of a RM24 million diamond ring which the prime minister's wife, Rosmah Mansor, has been accused of purchasing.

However, in a written reply to Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng in Parliament today, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz clarified that the ring was not purchased after it was brought into the country.

“The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Comission (MACC) has referred the matter to the JKDM and JKDM has confirmed that there was no such purchase of the ring.

“After a few days, the ring was returned to the company which owns it," he said.

    Pertama kali seumur hidup sia dpt tahu ada kejadian seperti ini. Cincin Berlian "melancong".. kelakar dan pelik. secara logiknya, mana mungkin sebuah benda tidak bernyawa pergi melancong tengok keindahan negara yg di namakan Malaysia. Benda ini juga adalah bernilai jutaan ringgit yg mana berisiko kesana kemari hanya utk melancong. nak kena tanya pemilik syarikat ini, kenapa cincin berlian mereka boleh melancong sejauh Malaysia. kelakar oh kelakar. lawak tahap dewa utk digelak sampai muntah nasi makan t.hari.

    nampaknya memang Rosmah tiadalah membeli cincin berlian RM24k. tapi hairan sebelum ni macam2 pula kenyataan yang timbul. ada yang kata cincin tersebut milik besannya.

    I think there is a refund or money back guarantee. Only Rosmah knows it and the seller.

    I remember her telling us that she bought the ring with her own money from savings since her childhood. Doesn't it seems that she had already admitted to purchasing this ring? The next thing she denies having bought such ring...isn't it rather contradicting?

    Now, they say the ring is for demo....hell WTF!

    Datin Rosmah pinjam sekejap saja. Mungkin tidak perlulah fikir lagi sudah juga hantar barang pinjam itu.
